Project Assistant

- Assists the Project Officer in planning, designing, and scheduling of construction of buildings for new branches, and renovation and innovation of existing branches.
- Assists the Project Officer for implementing and executing approved construction and maintenance projects.
- Assists in the monitoring of all projects to ensure compliance with construction design, work schedule, and cost estimates.
- Assists in sourcing out suppliers and purchasing of construction materials, tools and equipment and in ensuring that the prices contracted is the cheapest without sacrificing quality.
- Coordinates and assists the Project Officer and bank’s officers in conducting ocular inspection of the project from inception to the finality.
- Receives and inspects all incoming materials for proper storage, labeling, and recording.
- Maintains accurate record of construction materials, tools, and equipment
- Assists in the maintenance of the bank’s warehouse for safe and in proper condition for storage of all non-cash assets of the bank.
- Processes and properly schedules approved request of repairs and/or maintenance of building structure of the Head Office and Branches.
- Records in and out of bank documents, bank equipment, and construction materials and submit the same to Project Officer and Department Manager.
- Performs other duties that may be assigned from time to time
