Liaison Staff (Messenger)

A Liaison Messenger serves as a vital link between an organization and external entities, such as government agencies and businesses. They handle document delivery, secure permits and licenses, run office errands, and maintain effective communication with external contacts.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Document Delivery: Timely and secure transport of documents and packages.
2. Liaison Duties: Representing the organization and managing external relationships.
3. Permit Processing: Acquiring permits, licenses, and clearances.
4. Office Errands: Performing tasks like banking and administrative errands. 5.Communication: Engaging with officials, partners, and clients.
5. Record Keeping: Logging deliveries and important transactions.
6. Problem Solving: Resolving issues that arise during tasks.

Qualifications:

• 1. At least a college level or graduate of a vocational course

1. Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Company Messenger or Liaison Officer
2. Must know how to drive manual 4-wheel vehicles and hold a valid driver’s license
3. Strong commitment to confidentiality and integrity when handling documents
4. Resourceful, detail-oriented, and skilled in negotiation
5. Adheres to company policies and standard procedures
6. Represents the company in a professional and respectful manner
7. Capable of handling changes in schedule or delivery locations
8. Familiar with Metro Manila and nearby provinces, especially Bulacan
