Nurse Leader

Position Summary

The Nurse Leader will oversee both the triage and prior authorization nursing teams, ensuring clinical quality, protocol adherence, operational efficiency, and alignment with internal performance standards. This role includes conducting audits, managing staffing, coaching team members, and serving as the point of escalation for clinical or workflow issues.

• Lead and support the USRN triage and prior authorization teams based in the Philippines
• Oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring appropriate coverage and productivity
• Conduct quality audits of documentation, clinical decision-making, and prior authorization processing
• Deliver coaching and performance feedback to promote continuous improvement
• Collaborate with training and QA functions to ensure consistent standards across teams
• Provide operational insights and escalate key issues to program leadership as needed

• Active USRN license, based in the Philippines
• Minimum 7 years of clinical nursing experience
• At least 2 years of supervisory, QA, or leadership experience in a clinical operations setting
• Background in both triage and/or case management, and prior authorization workflows
• Excellent verbal communication, leadership, and team management
