This role plays a key part in ensuring smooth HR processes, from employee records management to payroll support and employee engagement activities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor employee attendance, leave, and overtime records.
- Prepare payroll and ensuring accuracy of timekeeping data.
- Manage and support employee benefits administration.
- Prepare HR reports and proper documentation.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and Philippine labor laws.
- Assist in implementing HR policies and procedures.
- Support performance management and training activities.
- Perform other administrative tasks.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business administration or any related field.
At least 1-2 years of experience in HR or administrative work (Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply)
Preferably F applicants
Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications.
Strong organizational and leadership skills
Good communication and interpersonal abilities
Detail-oriented and able to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
