Maintenance Personnel

Your Day-to-Day Will Include:

• Conducting routine inspections and maintenance across residential and commercial sites
• Handling general repairs—plumbing, electrical, carpentry, painting, and minor landscaping
• Responding promptly to maintenance requests from tenants and property managers
• Coordinating with external contractors when specialist work is required
• Ensuring all work is completed to high safety and quality standards
• Keeping accurate logs of work orders, materials used, and job completion times
• Providing feedback to property managers on issues that need escalation or attention
