JOB SUMMARY –IT Support Specialist
IT Support Specialist is responsible for delivering reliable, on‑site workplace IT assistance to end users while maintaining professionalism and discretion. The role focuses on desktop support, asset management, user enablement, and incident resolution to ensure uninterrupted business operations.The position works closely with infrastructure and network teams for escalations and complex issues.
Responsibilities- Administer user access and permissions using Active Directory.
- Responsible for IT inventory management and resolving IT-related issues.
- Oversee the configuration and troubleshooting of internet/email systems.
- Install and configure operating systems and business applications for users.
- Serve as a Microsoft Azure Administrator.
- Provide remote technical support via phone, email, and video calls. Offer real-time troubleshooting and guidance to staff via online platforms
- Monitor and implement server and network configuration to ensure system uptime.
- Provide desktop troubleshooting support for end‑user devices, operating systems, and business applications.
- 3–5 years of relevant IT or end‑user support experience
- Willingness to work flexible schedules in a 24/7 support environment.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating with remote engineering teams.
- Experience supporting users in a corporate or enterprise environment.
- Basic understanding of networking concepts for initial triage and diagnostics.
