Job Summary
The Site Logistics Assistant Manager is responsible for overseeing warehouse operations, ensuring efficient handling, storage, and movement of raw materials, packaging materials, and spare parts. The role focuses on maintaining smooth operations, proper inventory management, and compliance with storage and handling standards.
Key Responsibilities- Plan, organize, and manage daily warehousing operations for raw, packaging materials, and spare parts.
- Supervise warehouse activities to ensure efficient and continuous workflow.
- Coordinate with Utilities, Facilities, and service providers to maintain warehouse infrastructure, including cold and dry storage and material handling equipment.
- Monitor inventory levels and track ageing stocks, ensuring timely action on slow-moving or near-expiry items.
- Ensure proper implementation of receiving, handling, and storage procedures.
- Maintain compliance with company policies, safety standards, and operational guidelines.
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering or related field.
- With relevant supervisory experience in warehouse or logistics operations.
- Knowledgeable in Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) processes.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrates sound decision-making, integrity, and ability to work under pressure.
- Preferably residing in or near Danao City, Cebu, or nearby areas.
