Overview
We are hiring SAP C4C Functional Consultants at both Junior and Senior levels to support and enhance our global SAP Cloud for Customer (C4C) landscape.
These roles act as a bridge between business and technical teams, covering configuration, integrations, and production support. Whether you’re early in your career or an experienced consultant, you’ll play a key role in delivering reliable and scalable CRM solutions.

Junior SAP C4C Functional Consultant (1–2 years)
Key Focus:
- Support SAP C4C configurations, testing, and enhancements
- Assist in gathering and documenting business requirements
- Troubleshoot incidents and support ticket resolution
- Maintain documentation (test cases, UAT results, configs)
- Coordinate with technical teams on integrations and fixes
- Provide user support and assist in training activities
Senior SAP C4C Functional Consultant (2–3+ years)
Key Focus:
- Lead workshops to gather, analyze, and translate business requirements
- Design and configure SAP C4C (Sales & Service) solutions
- Act as primary functional SME for incidents, enhancements, and changes
- Manage complex troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and urgent fixes
- Ensure data integrity and system reliability across environments
- Oversee integrations (APIs) with external systems
- Mentor junior consultants and drive knowledge transfer
- Identify process improvements and drive system optimizations
- Experience or exposure to SAP C4C (Sales & Service)
- Strong understanding of CRM processes and business workflows
- Knowledge of API integrations and data flows
- Experience in incident, change, and transport management
- Familiarity with AMS / production support environments (SLA-driven)
- Basic scripting exposure (e.g., Iron Python) is a plus
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Global support model with shifting schedules as needed
- Involvement in on-call or critical incident support
- Collaborative, cross-functional team setup
