Posted on 29 August 2025- Using considerable independent initiative and judgement, provides leadership and direction to ensure efficient, effective and profitable operation of the Hotel on a long-term basis.
- Responsible in the overall operations of the hotel with the primary objectives of increasing profitability for the company
- Improving standards of product and service for guests
- Improving the morale and general working environment of all members of employees
- Diploma or Certificate of Hotel Management, additional requirement in Business Management
- Has at least 3 years’ experience in a similar role or management function in a 5* hotel environment
- With an extensive experience in any of the areas of the hotel – Food & Beverage, Rooms
- Strong exposure to Finance and Marketing functions
- Communicates and writes with fluency in English
