Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site position for a Process Engineer located in Brgy Bagbag, Novaliches Quezon City.
Knowledge & Experience- Proven track record in developing and implementing operational excellence strategies focused on cost optimization and on-time customer delivery
- Strong technical capability to address growth, productivity, quality, and margin challenges
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data and support sound decision-making
- Proficient in Lean and Six Sigma tools and methodologies
- At least 1 year of experience implementing OPEX initiatives at the country level
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a manufacturing environment
- Strong team leadership and workshop facilitation skills with the ability to engage stakeholders and drive results
