Job Summary

As an IT Service Desk Analyst, you will be the first point of contact for users needing technical assistance, helping resolve IT issues efficiently while delivering excellent support experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide first-level technical support via phone, email, chat, and ticketing systems
  • Troubleshoot hardware, software, network, printer, email, and login-related concerns
  • Resolve incidents and service requests within agreed service levels
  • Escalate complex issues to higher support teams when needed
  • Document troubleshooting steps, resolutions, and updates in the ticketing system
  • Install, configure, and support desktops, laptops, and common business applications
  • Maintain a high level of customer service and professionalism in every interaction
  • Support users in a fast-paced, high-volume service desk environment
Qualifications
  • At least 1 year and 9 mos of experience in IT Helpdesk, Service Desk, or similar role
  • Strong knowledge of Windows OS, Microsoft 365, Active Directory, VPN, and basic networking
  • Experience using ticketing tools such as ServiceNow, Zendesk, ConnectWise, or similar platforms
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Willing to work 100% onsite in Taguig, BGC
  • Willing to work night shift schedule
  • Customer-focused, reliable, and eager to learn
