IT Service Desk Analyst (Global Support)
- Onsite | Night Shift
Role Overview
We’re looking for an IT Service Desk Analyst to provide first-level technical support to global end users. This role is ideal for someone with solid troubleshooting skills, strong communication, and experience supporting users across different time zones.
You’ll be a key point of contact, ensuring issues are resolved quickly or escalated efficiently while maintaining high service standards.
Key Responsibilities- Act as the first point of contact for IT support via phone, email, and ticketing systems
- Troubleshoot common hardware, software, and connectivity issues
- Support users across multiple time zones and regions
- Log, track, and update incidents accurately in the service desk system
- Escalate complex issues to higher-level support teams
- Meet SLA, quality, and response time targets
- 1.9+ years experience in IT Service Desk or Help Desk support
- Hands-on experience with:
- Active Directory
- Microsoft 365 / O365
- VPN support
- Printers and basic networking
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills
- Willing to work onsite and on a night shift scheduleRequirements
