IT Service Desk Analyst (Global Support)
  • Onsite | Night Shift

Role Overview

We’re looking for an IT Service Desk Analyst to provide first-level technical support to global end users. This role is ideal for someone with solid troubleshooting skills, strong communication, and experience supporting users across different time zones.

You’ll be a key point of contact, ensuring issues are resolved quickly or escalated efficiently while maintaining high service standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Act as the first point of contact for IT support via phone, email, and ticketing systems
  • Troubleshoot common hardware, software, and connectivity issues
  • Support users across multiple time zones and regions
  • Log, track, and update incidents accurately in the service desk system
  • Escalate complex issues to higher-level support teams
  • Meet SLA, quality, and response time targets
Requirements
  • 1.9+ years experience in IT Service Desk or Help Desk support
  • Hands-on experience with:
  • Active Directory
  • Microsoft 365 / O365
  • VPN support
  • Printers and basic networking
  • Excellent verbal and written English communication skills
  • Willing to work onsite and on a night shift scheduleRequirements
