- SALES MANAGEMENT
- Monitor and analyze sales trend per assigned area.
- Create a strategized performance in coordination with the Area Supervisor for an effective improvement in sales growth to achieve sales target.
- Schedule training programs for staff
- REPORTS AND MONITORING
- Coordinate with SM's store head to check on the performance behavior and work relations of Area Supervisors.
- Provide an objective evaluation on a semi-annual basis or as required by Immediate Supervisor per Area Supervisors.
- Assist and guide Area Supervisors in decision-making in agreement and coordination with the Immediate Superior.
- Submits detailed Weekly Area report.
- INVENTORY CONTROL
- Audit variance of area
- Action point for store damages
- Ensure no slow-moving items and overstock in outlets
- Ensure on time replenishments by maintaining no out of stocks of fast-moving items in outlets
- SUPERVISION
- Regularly monitor execution of operating procedures
- Monitors prompt and accurate compliance of Area Supervisors on reports required by the company such as sales matrix, month-end store inventory, competitive price check and all related documents required by Immediate Superior.
- Conducts regular visit to all outlet to administer store audit ensuring that standard operating procedure are followed such as; no slow-moving items left in small accounts, bad orders are promptly addresses through proper documentations, no overstock or out of stock items in store, adhere to shelf planogram and proper implementation of Mass Display.
- Lead the set-up team both for new and existing outlet to make sure that proper store planogram will be followed
- Supports the Operations Manager in providing a professional and excellent level of customer service to both internal and external customers.
- Ensure all staff adhere to company policies and procedure
- HIRING
- Assist in making sure that the skills and personality of store personnel are within standard.
