THE PURPOSE OF THE ROLE IS to attend to calls received through the BPI-MS trunkline and assist clients on inquiries and concerns related to claims.

• Answers all incoming calls and handle customer inquiries and complaints to achieve target call answer rate.
• Resolve complaints within agreed TAT.
• Update client database as provided during transaction handling.
• Achieve high satisfaction rating from customers.
• Timely acknowledge emails and coordinate with various units to address clients’ requirements.
• Pass the Quality Assurance (QA) and Customer Satisfaction (CSAT) Survey Ensure completeness of PIUS Transaction Logs.
• Completion of 5 days mandatory and 3 days technical training requirement.
• Develop and maintain healthy and productive working relationship and team culture

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

• Must be amenable to work on site at Makati
• Must be a graduate of a 4-year course
• Must have prior working experience in customer service
