Job Position: Senior Manager (Cluster Lead) - Management Consulting for Telco and Media

• Lead consultancy projects for the transformation of telecommunications and media companies
• Create and develop a team of consultants, providing experience, knowledge, and enthusiasm, promoting team autonomy
• Ensure excellence in project delivery, applying appropriate methodologies and anticipating risks
• Ability for problem-solving and ideation of innovative solutions
• Manage the relationship with the client, building strong relationships, demonstrating understanding of their needs
• Proactively identify consulting business opportunities and formalize them into commercial proposals
• Lead the preparation and presentation of commercial proposals in TMT within your area of responsibility

• Minimum experience of 6-9 years, at least some in business consulting, leading projects in the Telco and Media sector, ideally in customer strategy, OSS, and BSS
• Knowledge of the Telco processes framework (eTOM)
• Bachelor degree in Engineering, Business Administration or Economics, Master degree is a plus
• Availability for national and international travel
• Ability to identify business development opportunities
• Essential high level of English
• Hybrid work model, so it is necessary to reside in Manila
