D365 Business Central Functional Consultant (AU IT Consulting, WFH)
Salary: P180,000-P200,0000 (Salary Package)

Skills Required:
- ERP Implementation & Support – Configure, implement, and provide ongoing support for Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central.
- Business & System Analysis – Gather requirements, document processes, and optimize business workflows.
- Data Migration & Testing – Assist in data migration, conduct flow testing, and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
- Client Training & Consultancy – Deliver training, resolve client issues, and ensure successful adoption of solutions.
- Project Coordination & Reporting – Manage multiple projects, provide regular updates, and escalate critical issues to leadership.
- Pre-sales & Documentation – Support sales efforts, create technical design documents (TDD), and demonstrate product capabilities

The day-to-day activities, which the Functional Consultant & Implementer will need to undertake, will be diverse and will be based on the nature of the work, which is introduced to the business, through the multiple projects which have been scheduled and those that will be introduced over time.
It is also expected that Functional Consultants will acquire and maintain their knowledge of the latest version in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central.- 1.1 Client Related Consultancy has clients across Australia and across many different industries.
- It is the responsibility of the Functional Consultant to support the current client base, this will include the following tasks
- o Product support for both standard and developed areas of the client’s system
- o To undertake all consultant-based work involved in new projects, these will include the following
- Analysis of requirements
- Documenting requirements
- Data migration support
- Flow testing
- Training
- Implementation
- 2 Communications Communications between other staff and management will be conducted in the following methods
- Via teams- all staff are required to have teams open throughout the day and when there is a need to contact another staff member then the use of teams either via a message or a call will be expected.
- Via email- email will be used where required to pass on information, including attaching documents which may be required to be shared.
- SharePoint- Where staff are involved in projects, staff will need to access the project SharePoint site to place and access documents and other materials.
- Tasks- new work will be provided directly to the staff member via the following methods
- o Manager- work can be directed via the manager who will arrange the distribution of work to different staff as required.
- o Customer- It is likely that work will be provided directly to a staff member once the staff member has engaged with the customer over time, this is acceptable however all correspondence must be documented and where required the manager may need to be informed.
- 3 Time sheets
Staff are required to enter a minimum of 7.5 hrs a day into the timesheet. This may be made up of undertaking different work for different customers so it will be important to record the details accurately as to the customer the work was applied to and the nature of the work and the time spent.
Access to the timesheet will be provided with training as part of the induction process.- 4 Reporting lines
- o Reporting directly to the General Manager: -
- Regular status updates on client project work
- Escalation to the GM for any critical issues, which may impact client deliverables and or client relationship
- GM will direct work to the Functional Consultant and maintain effective communications, this will include directing the Functional Consultant to undertake tasks as required.
- The Functional Consultant is to direct all communications to the GM relating to all activities, including administration and ongoing work.
