Medical affairs coordinator
About the role
Play a key role in strengthening collaboration between physicians and hospital leadership. As a Medical Affairs Coordinator, you will support medical staff governance, ensure proper credentialing and compliance, and help foster a professional environment where doctors can deliver the highest quality of care.
What you'll be doing- Coordinate medical staff committee meetings, including agenda preparation, documentation of minutes, and tracking of action items
- Facilitate communication and collaboration between physicians, clinical leaders, and hospital administration
- Manage physician credentialing and privileging processes and maintain accurate medical staff records
- Support physician engagement initiatives, onboarding of consultants, and compliance with regulatory and accreditation standards
- Bachelor’s degree in Nursing, Allied Health, Health Administration, or a related field
- At least 2–3 years of relevant experience in clinical affairs, hospital administration, or medical staff coordination
- Experience in physician credentialing and privileging; exposure to DOH, PhilHealth, or hospital accreditation standards is an advantage
- Strong organizational, communication, and documentation skills with high attention to detail and confidentiality
