Job Summary:
The Trade Marketing Field Supervisor is responsible for driving effective in-store executions, managing trade activations, and ensuring the proper deployment of merchandising materials. This role works closely with Field Sales and Marketing teams to maximize brand visibility and support sales initiatives across Davao and Mindanao area.
Job Description:
- Lead the conceptualization, creation, and deployment of merchandising materials and POSM
- Co-manage account-initiated events such as conventions, push selling, and product sampling with Field Sales and Marketing
- Monitor and ensure proper execution of promotions in assigned territories
- Manage and supervise third-party merchandisers to ensure quality execution and adherence to brand standards
- Drive in-store activation excellence and provide regular reports on performance and insights
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve trade initiatives and campaign effectiveness
Job Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
- 1–2 years of experience in FMCG or related industry
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Excel and presentation tools
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for sales and customer relations
- Knowledge and experience in project management
- Experience in Trade Activations and Field Execution is an advantage
- Willingness to travel extensively and perform field work
