- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in Nursing
- Must be a Registered Nurse
- Preferably a certified Dialysis Nurse
- Preferably with at least 3-5 years work experience in a dialysis center
- Preferably BLS & ACLS certified
- Proven leadership and management abilities
- Skilled in Staff supervision, scheduling, and performance monitoring
- Strong decision-making, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Committed to upholding high standards of patient care and safety
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Oversee and ensure efficient day-to-day Nursing operations of the unit.
- Ensure the delivery of safe and quality patient care in compliance with established policies, procedures, and regulatory standards
- Supervise, mentor, and evaluate Nursing Staff performance
- Coordinate with Management and other departments on operational concerns
