Sales and Demand Planner Officer

Key Responsibilities
- Forecasting & Demand Planning: Develop statistical baseline forecasts, including 18-month rolling forecasts, using tools like SAP, Excel, or Anaplan.
- Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP): Facilitate monthly demand review meetings with sales and marketing teams to ensure alignment on targets.
- Inventory Management: Monitor SKU-level inventory, ensuring optimal stock levels to support customer service levels while minimizing excess and obsolete stock.
- Data Analysis & Reporting: Analyze forecast accuracy (WAPE/Bias), monitor daily sales performance, and report on inventory turnover.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Coordinate with Supply Planning to ensure product availability for promotions, new product launches (NPI), and regular business.
