Lead Generation Representative/ Telemarketing Representative/ Sales Executive/ Outbound Sales Representative

About the Role:

We're seeking a motivated, energetic, and driven Telemarketing Representative to join our growing sales team. If you have a passion for sales and enjoy the thrill of connecting with potential clients, this is the perfect opportunity for you.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Perform cold calling to generate leads and track market share trends.
• Conduct research, data entry, and handle email correspondence.
• Support the sales team with the preparation of pitch materials
• Participate in regular meetings to share updates on wins and challenges with the team.
• Assist in tracking and reporting on sales metrics and KPIs.
• Organize and maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and transaction details.

Requirements:

• Degree holders preferred, however non-degree holders will also be considered
• Excellent command of English, both verbal and written.
• Proven experience in cold calling or tele-sales (preferred but not required).
• Self-motivated with a strong desire to succeed.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Ability to handle rejection and maintain a positive attitude.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, be a team player, and deliver excellent service.
• Quick learner with a high level of retention and understanding of tasks required to maintain the accuracy of transactions.
• Strong organizational, commercial, and business awareness; analytical and excellent interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented with the ability to comprehend instructions and procedures in a detailed step-by-step format.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Teams, SharePoint, Excel, Word) and ability to comprehend web-based programs.
