About the Role
We are looking for a highly motivated Associate Inpatient Medical Coder (PHRN) to join our growing healthcare team. If you have experience in inpatient medical coding and are passionate about delivering accurate, high-quality coding services, we'd love to hear from you!
Qualifications- Philippine Registered Nurse (PHRN) with an active PRC license.
- Certified Coding Specialist (CCS) or Certified Inpatient Coder (CIC).
- At least 1 year of inpatient medical coding experience in a clinical, BPO, or CPO environment.
- Strong knowledge of inpatient coding guidelines and medical terminology.
- Excellent attention to detail, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Willing to work on a mid-shift schedule and adaptable to shifting schedules.
- Amenable to a Temporary Work From Home (TWFH) or Onsite work arrangement.
- Competitive salary package of PHP 70,000–90,000, depending on experience.
