The Qualifications We Seek
  • At least 3 years of hands-on experience overseeing Amazon Seller Central operations for broad or multi-product catalogs
  • Proven Amazon marketplace operations experience with end-to-end ownership of sales, profitability, conversion, ranking, inventory, and overall account performance
  • Ability to connect marketplace performance with P&L impact, including margin, pricing, advertising, inventory, and operational decisions
  • Strong understanding of Amazon marketplace dynamics, including pricing, competition, promotions, inventory availability, ranking, and conversion drivers
  • Experience analyzing ASIN-level performance and implementing actions to improve sales, conversion rate, profitability, organic ranking, and account health
  • Hands-on experience optimizing product listings and PDP content, including titles, images, variations, A+ content, keywords, and other conversion drivers
  • Familiarity with Amazon Advertising, including Sponsored Products and Sponsored Brands, and its role in marketplace growth
  • Experience working with inventory, supply chain, marketing, content, pricing, and operations teams to maintain in-stock rates and improve performance
  • Proficiency in Excel, Google Sheets, analytics platforms, and listing or keyword research tools such as Helium 10, Jungle Scout, or similar
  • Strong attention to detail, accountability, communication, prioritization, cross-functional collaboration, and problem-solving skills
Your Daily Tasks
  • Oversee daily Amazon Seller Central operations across multiple SKUs, product lines, or catalog segments
  • Monitor ASIN-level performance, including sales trends, pricing, inventory status, profitability, ranking, and conversion
  • Manage pricing updates and promotional activities in line with revenue goals, margin targets, and marketplace conditions
  • Improve product listings by refining titles, images, variations, content, keywords, and other conversion-focused elements
  • Coordinate with supply chain teams to support inventory planning, product availability, and in-stock performance
  • Identify and address issues that may affect product visibility, organic ranking, conversion rate, or customer experience
  • Partner with marketing and advertising teams to align marketplace actions, campaign priorities, and performance goals
  • Maintain strong account health by monitoring operational standards, issue alerts, listing concerns, and performance risks
  • Share clear updates on performance results, risks, opportunities, and recommended actions across relevant teams
