Job Title: Purchasing Officer

Job Description:
We are looking for a detail-oriented and reliable Purchasing Officer to handle procurement activities for construction projects. The role involves sourcing, negotiating, and purchasing construction materials while ensuring cost efficiency, quality, and timely delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
- Source and purchase construction materials, tools, and supplies
- Negotiate with suppliers for best price, quality, and delivery terms
- Maintain good relationships with vendors/suppliers
- Monitor inventory levels and procurement schedules
- Ensure timely end-to-end delivery of materials to project sites
- Coordinate with project and site teams for material requirements
- Prepare purchase orders and procurement reports
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Accounting, or related field
- At least 2 years of experience as Purchasing Officer or Procurement Staff
- Experience in construction industry is required
- Knowledgeable in construction materials and suppliers
- Strong negotiation and vendor management skills
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to work with minimal supervision
- Can start ASAP
