Quality Specialist (Conducts final verification of processed data/reports)

1. Process and Service Management

• Execute verification process in an efficient and effective manner.
• Promote quality and secure outputs by performing verification both for master file updates and processed date concurrently updating verification documents.
• Work closely with Client Service Specialists and/or Implementation Analysts to immediately address findings detected during verification to ensure that the processed date is error-free.
• Ensure timeliness of output by following verification schedule.
• Comply with documentation and monitoring requirements such as but not limited to Product Verification Reports, Verification Run guide, Transaction Folders and Action Reports.

1. Client Relationship Management

• Strengthen client relationship through constant communication and feedback, consultative meetings and other engagement activities.
• Ensure strict compliance with internal and external Service Level Agreement (SLA)
• Ensure compliance with internal and external policies and procedures and work standards

1. Personal Leadership and Teamwork

• Take ownership of personal learning and development
• Ensure teamwork and discipline in the office.
• Comply with internal control activities and adhere to related policies and procedures

1. Resource Management

• Support and provide feedback on cost saving measures to meet financial objectives of the Company

• Graduate of any business-related or IT-related course
• Basic to advance knowledge in MS Excel
• Basic to advance knowledge in SQL
• Knowledge in payroll and/or attendance computation is an advantage
• Auditing experience is an advantage
• Keen on details
• Highly organized
• Customer oriented
• Good communication skills
• Preferably resident of Pasig or Mandaluyong
