Sales Assistant
Location: Blk 1 Lot 33 Springfields Residences, Brgy. Longos, City of Malolos, Bulacan / Field Work

Role Overview
The Sales Assistant is responsible for generating leads, reaching out to potential clients, and assisting in presentations to expand TeleCure’s market for PhilHealth primary care programs. This includes engaging with community partners, corporate accounts, schools, and student councils to promote TeleCure’s primary care services.The role requires proactive sales strategies, strong communication skills, and relationship-building expertise to drive partnerships and patient enrollments.
Key Duties and Responsibilities
Lead Generation & Client Outreach:
- Identify and generate leads from communities, corporations, schools, and other organizations.
- Conduct cold calls, email outreach, and in-person visits to potential clients.
- Schedule and coordinate planning and onboarding meetings.
- Maintain and update a prospect database for follow-ups and conversions.
- Assist in managing newly closed clients and partners.
- Ensure complete endorsement of required documents and information to the onsite team.
- Track progress and follow up on pre-deployment requirements.
Proposal Preparation & Sales Presentations:
- Prepare and send customized proposals and pitch decks to prospective partners.
- Assist or lead presentations and meetings with corporate HR teams, school administrators, and community leaders.
- Address client inquiries and negotiate terms of engagement to secure partnerships.
Market Development & Relationship Building:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers in schools, companies, and local organizations.
- Work closely with the marketing team to develop strategies for increasing brand awareness.
- Represent TeleCure at events, expos, and health fairs to attract new clients.
Sales Target Achievement & Reporting:
- Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets for PhilHealth primary care enrollments.
- Track sales performance and prepare reports on leads, conversions, and challenges.
- Provide feedback to management for improving sales strategies and outreach efforts.
General and Administrative Support:
- Perform other related duties as assigned by Management.
- Background in sales, marketing, business development, or healthcare services.
- Experience in corporate sales, community outreach, or B2B partnerships is an advantage.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to build relationships with corporate clients, school administrators, and community leaders.
- Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and capable of working independently and in a team.
- Willingness to do fieldwork and travel for client meetings and presentations.

Work Schedule: Monday to SaturdayTime: Flexible (8 hours/day)
Lunch Break: 1 Hour
