We’re looking for a Sales Assistant to join our growing team! (Sparco)
II. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES- Assist walk-in and online customers with product inquiries and order processing.
- Maintain accurate customer records, sales files and databases.
- Monitor inventory levels and update product availability to the sales team.
- Handle customer follow-ups, complaints and feedback in a professional manner.
- Participate events as assigned.
- Perform other related duties as may be required by the Sales supervisor or Management.
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing or any related field.
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply!
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Organized and Detail-oriented.
- Customer-Oriented and can handle multiple tasks with professionalism.
