Sports Operation Specialist

Job Responsibilities:

• Monitor live sports and esports events
• Pre-match trading: adjust odds and markets
• Perform in-play trading and real-time event analysis
• Ensure accuracy and timely updates of trading data

Qualifications:

• Strong in basic mathematics (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division) and understanding of probability and percentages (mathematics test required)
• Computer literate with fast and accurate typing skills
• Familiarity with sports and esports such as Soccer, Basketball, LoL, Dota2, CS:GO, Valorant
• College graduate or undergraduate in any field
• Punctual and able to comply with the attendance policy
• Focused and quick learner (training and multiple tests will be provided)
• Able to follow supervisor's instructions and company policies
• Good command of English for communication and training
• Willing to work on shifts, weekends, and public holidays, based on operational needs
