Business Transformation Consultant Banking

Key Responsibilities:

• Visionary Leadership: Represent the voice of the customer and define a clear vision for business transformation projects. Guide teams to ensure alignment with customer needs, goals, and organizational objectives.
• Stakeholder Management: Cultivate and manage relationships with stakeholders (customers, internal teams, business leaders) to ensure clear communication and alignment on project priorities.
• Product Backlog Management: Manage and maintain a prioritized product backlog, ensuring that features and requirements are clearly defined, refined, and actionable by development teams.
• Business Process Optimization: Identify areas for improvement within existing processes and workflows. Lead the redesign of processes to enhance operational efficiency, customer experience, and compliance.
• Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams (IT, marketing, operations, etc.) to execute transformation projects. Ensure smooth communication between business and technical teams to guarantee project success.
• Continuous Improvement: Drive continuous improvement initiatives to increase customer satisfaction and streamline banking operations. Monitor industry trends and implement best practices.
• Reporting and Documentation: Regularly update project status, risks, and milestones. Maintain accurate documentation and deliver status reports to senior management and key stakeholders.

4. Business Process Improvement: Knowledge and experience in identifying, redesigning, and implementing process changes to improve efficiency and customer satisfaction.
5. Agile Methodologies: Practical knowledge of Agile principles (Scrum, Kanban) and ability to apply them to banking transformation projects.
6. Analytical & Problem-Solving: Strong analytical skills with the ability to assess data and business requirements to derive actionable insights.

Nice-to-Have Skills:

1. Banking / Financial Services Experience: Knowledge of banking products, services, and operations.
2. Certifications: PMP, CSPO (Certified Scrum Product Owner), Lean Six Sigma, or similar certifications.
3. Change Management Expertise: Experience in leading organizational change and guiding teams through transformation initiatives.
