Job Description:
Responsible for preparing the reference Document for new integrated, focused in Parameters and Features to be implemented in Wireless network. Served as the specialist to provide wireless domain planning and analysis for customer's network business success.
Troubleshooting of problems in network, parameter, and feature optimization.
Identify possible swapped feeders, wrong PCIs, missing neighbors, overshooting cells, etc.
Qualifications/Requirements- Has at least 3 years relevant work experience for the position
- Bachelor’s degree in computer’s engineer or any related field
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks
- Proficient in using professional tools
- Highly proficient in both Chinese and English language considering the clients include both local and Chinese clients
