SALES DEVELOPMENT REPRESENTATIVE

Job Description:

We’re looking for Sales Development Representatives (SDRs) to spearhead our efforts in expanding our customer base and driving business growth. This important role involves identifying potential customers, reaching out to key decision-makers, and booking qualified sales demos for our Sales Executives, thereby directly impacting our sales pipeline and revenue goals.

Desired Skills & Knowledge:

  • Must have excellent command of the English language, with neutral or American accent
  • Excellent verbal and written skills
  • A dynamic, can-do, positive attitude
  • Strong administrative skills – accurate typing and spelling is essential to this role
  • Energetic, fun and confident personality
  • Adaptable and coachable: Willing to learn and take feedback to continuously improve to meet team goals
  • Familiarity with sales enablement and prospecting tools (Salesloft, Outreach, LinkedIn Sales Navigator etc.) and Microsoft products (Outlook, Teams, Excel, etc.)

Qualifications:

  • Experience: Call center, sales or SDR experience with a track record in B2B SaaS sales (preferred)
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in sales or a related field
  • Outbound Prospecting Skills: Demonstrated ability in cold-calling and outbound messaging, with a focus on engaging high-level executives
  • Self-Driven & Autonomous: Ability to work independently or in a team, with a proactive, goal-oriented approach
  • Growth-Minded: Capable of adapting in a high-growth environment and prioritizing effectively. Prior experience in tech/software work environments or a dynamic B2B setting is a plus
  • Exceptional Communication: Strong presentation skills, active listening, and the ability to clearly articulate our unique value to HR and recruitment executive audiences
  • Willing to work full-time night shift to call on USA-based businesses during their daytime hours (8 am – 5 pm USA Central Time/9 pm – 6 am PH Time) with 1 hour lunch
