We are looking for a Senior Marketing Executive with passion for gaming and proven experience in driving community engagement and user acquisition. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments and understands the unique dynamics of MMORPGs and hardcore gaming communities.

Job Scope:

  • Marketing Strategy & Executive - Plan and implement localized marketing campaigns to promote our games. Adapt global marketing strategies to align with local trends, player behaviour, and market insights. Develop and execute user acquisition, engagement, and retention campaigns across various channels. Optimized paid advertising, organic marketing, and partnerships to maximize game visibility.
  • Community & Influencer Engagement - Identify, engage, and manage relationships with local gaming influencers, streamers, and content creators. Oversee KOL (Key Opinion Leader) partnerships and content creation initiatives. Monitor and engage with local gaming communities to foster brand loyalty and awareness.
  • Event & Campaign Management - Support the planning and execution of offline and online gaming events, including tournaments, launch activations, and player meetups. Collaborate with media partners, gaming forums, and promotional channels to boost game exposure. Execute promotional activities such as giveaways, in-game events, and co-branded campaigns.
  • Performance Tracking & Optimization - Monitor marketing campaign performance, analyze key metrics, and optimize strategies for better results. Use marketing analytics tools to track ROI, engegament, and player acquisition effectiveness. Stay updated with the latest gaming trends, competitor activities, and industry insights to refine marketing approaches.
  • Mentorship & Collaboration - Assist in guiding and mentoring junior marketing team members, ensuring best practices and quality execution. Work closely with internal teams, including product, creative, and business development, to align on marketing initiatives. Coordinate with advertising agencies, PR firms, and third-party partners for marketing collaborations.
  • Cross-functional Coordination - Work closely with regional teams, including product, creative, and business development teams. Coordinate with advertising agencies, PR teams, and local partners to maintain consistent branding and messaging.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or any related field.
  • 1 to 2 years of experience in marketing, preferably in the gaming or digital entertainment industry.
  • Strong knowledge of local gaming culture, trends, and player communities.
  • Proven experience in marketing campaign planning and management, influencer relations, and content marketing.
  • Strong skills in social media management, community engagement, and event planning.
  • Proficiency in social media platforms, copywriting, digital advertising, and influencer marketing tools.
  • Excellent communication skills in [local language] and english.
