Part Time Proctoring Job

• General knowledge of Windows-based applications
• Must have strong verbal communication skills
• Must be able to think quickly and solve customer concerns
• Ability to operate independently with minimal supervision
• Must be detail-oriented and accurate
• Ability to multi-task and perform various duties, including but not limited to taking phone calls, chats, emails, handling mailbox cases, and closing Zendesk tickets

• Able to converse and communicate in the English Language
• 0-1 years of experience in BPO/CSR
• Able to work on the night shift
• Able to work on-site
• Willing to be part of part-time/contract type work

Schedule:

• Training Schedule: September 22 to October 3, 2025
• Live Schedule: October 6 to October 20, 2025
• Training Schedule: Monday to Friday @ 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM (8 hours x 5 days)
• Live Schedule: 72-80 Hours per staff member (8 hours x 5 hours or 4 hours x 11 hours). Schedule time varies per proctor.

Pay: Php18,000.00 - Php19,000.00 per month
