Job Description:
Responsible for sourcing, screening, and hiring qualified candidates to meet company staffing needs. Support or lead investigations into workplace grievances and misconduct, onboarding activities, and programs that promote a positive workplace culture and employee satisfaction.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field
- Experience in recruitment and employee engagement is an advantage
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Organized, proactive, and detail-oriented
- Familiarity with recruitment tools and hiring processes is a plus
