Brief Description
The Area Business Executive oversees the sales and operations of the multiple stores operating within the assigned geographical area. He or she leads in the execution of the marketing programs and other strategic plans in the stores.
Principal Responsibilities- Monitors sales of all stores operating in the assigned area. Provides coaching and feedback to the store officers to work towards meeting the sales target.
- Regularly visit stores to conduct evaluation of their operations, facilities, and inventory. Consolidates issues and concerns of each store and reports to HQ.
- Conducts sales forecast and maintains year-to-date sales reports.
- Reviews sales and expenses (P&L) of the stores and submits analysis reports for store performance improvement.
- Performs performance evaluation of store officers and conducts regular meetings with store staff to determine and resolve store issues and concerns.
- Coordinates with HQ for any operational or store related recommendations and issues.
- Conducts store orientation and refresher to store officers.
- Assists the Head Chef and Restaurant Manager with the submission of orders to HQ. Ensures all requests are processed in a timely manner to avoid delays and losses.
- Responsible for leading on the execution of marketing programs in the stores. Ensure all store personnel are well knowledgeable of the details of the program and store promotions.
- Coordinates with HR for manpower requests and submits incident reports endorsed by store officers.
- Reports to immediate superior any store related issues and prepares ad hoc reports as needed.
- Perform other tasks that may arise from time to time.
- Minimum 2-5 years of experience in Area Business Executive, preferably within the food and beverage industry
- Proven track record of successful sales performance and achieving targets
- Excellent communication, negotiation and client relationship management skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to identify and capitalize on market opportunities
- Entrepreneurial mindset and ability to work independently in a dynamic environment
- Familiarity with the Pasay City Metro Manila market and its key players
