Job Description:

  • Prepare communications such as memoranda, letters minutes of meetings.
  • Organize executive agenda and meetings and assist in planning appointmnents.
  • Coordinate with Cityhall and other regulatory agencies for the various initiatives of the hosppital.
  • Prepare technical presentations.
  • Prepare statutory and regulatory reports.
  • Screen inquiries and prepare timely responses.
  • Performs all related duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • Must be a graduate of any 4 year course preferably with experience in executive support role is an advantage
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, and business communication software
  • Impressive organizational skills and Detail-oriented
