About the role

We are seeking for Sales Executive - Vehicle Sales to join our dynamic sales team on a contract basis. Based in Quezon City, Metro Manila, this role is pivotal in driving vehicle sales and revenue growth for our organisation. This is for a start up Luxury Brand. As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and closing sales deals with both corporate and individual customers.

This position offers the chance to make a tangible impact on our sales performance whilst working within a fast-paced, results-oriented environment.

Key responsibilities
  1. Identify and pursue new sales opportunities within the vehicle market, targeting corporate and individual buyers
  2. Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business
  3. Present and demonstrate vehicle features, specifications and benefits to potential customers, addressing their needs and concerns
  4. Create and maintain strong online presence for the vehicle and the Dealership.
  5. Prepare and deliver compelling sales proposals and quotations tailored to client requirements
  6. Negotiate terms and conditions with clients to achieve mutually beneficial agreements and close sales
  7. Maintain accurate records of all sales activities, client interactions and transactions using our CRM system
  8. Collaborate with internal teams including finance, logistics and after-sales support to ensure seamless customer experiences
  9. Meet and exceed individual sales targets and KPIs on a monthly and quarterly basis
  10. Attend industry events, trade shows and networking opportunities to generate new leads and strengthen market presence
  11. Provide feedback to management regarding market trends, customer preferences and competitive activity
What we're looking for
  1. Proven track record of success in vehicle sales or a similar sales environment within the automotive or transport sector
  2. Strong understanding of vehicle specifications, features, financing options and industry regulations
  3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with diverse clientele
  4. Demonstrated ability to identify customer needs and present solutions that drive sales
  5. Proficiency in sales techniques including consultative selling, negotiation and closing
  6. Experience with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems and MS Office applications
  7. Self-motivated, target-driven individual with strong organisational and time management skills
  8. Valid driver's license and willingness to undertake test drives with prospective customers
  9. Fluency in English; proficiency in additional languages such as Tagalog or Mandarin is advantageous
  10. Ability to work independently whilst collaborating effectively with team members
  11. Preferred: Prior experience in the industrial or transport equipment sector; knowledge of fleet management or corporate procurement processes
