Marketing Communications Officer (CuCo - Curated Colors)

The Marketing Communications Officer is responsible for supporting and executing the brand’s communications and influencer strategy. This role focuses on influencer marketing, product and brand messaging, and community engagement, ensuring that campaigns, new collections, and events resonate with our audience and achieve measurable results.

• Execute influencer marketing campaigns, including outreach, content coordination, tracking, and reporting
• Support marketing communications for products, collections, and overall brand messaging
• Engage and manage the brand’s Facebook community to maintain a positive and active presence
• Track and analyze influencer posts and campaign performance, providing insights for improvement
• Assist in launches for new collections, events, and promotional campaigns
• Provide ad hoc support for the TikTok account (Vice Co. HQ), including content ideas and engagement
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely and consistent communication

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
• 2+ years of experience in marketing communications, influencer marketing, or social media management
• Familiarity with campaign tracking, reporting, and influencer engagement
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and provide strategic recommendations.
• Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
• Organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple projects efficiently with guidance
• Knowledge of TikTok trends and content creation is a plus
• Willing to be assigned in BGC, Taguig
