Join our team as a Virtual Assistant

We are looking for an energetic, people-loving Virtual Assistant to help grow our travel team through social media outreach and recruitment support. We are eager to bring on someone who’s ready to thrive in a collaborative and fast-paced environment.

As a member of our team, you’ll enjoy opportunities to grow while contributing to our mission.

Your role will include:

Reaching out to potential candidates on Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn
Sending scripted messages and following up with interested leads
Managing daily posting on social media (stories, reels, posts)
Engaging with comments and DMs to build community
Keeping organized records of outreach and responses
Helping manage leads using spreadsheets or CRM tools (training provided)

This is a long-term position with big growth opportunities for the right person!

Requirements:

Excellent written English and conversational messaging skills
Friendly, positive, and outgoing personality
Highly organized and detail-oriented (you’ll be tracking conversations and follow-ups)
Comfortable using Facebook, Instagram, and basic Google tools (Docs, Sheets)
Fast and reliable internet connection (10 Mbps minimum)
Self-motivated — able to work independently without constant supervision

Preferred but Not Required:

Experience in recruitment, customer service, or social media marketing
Familiarity with Canva, Meta Business Suite, or basic CRM tools
Interest in travel, lifestyle brands, or freedom-based business models
