About the role
Work Avenue and Business Solutions Incorporated is seeking motivated and customer-oriented individuals to join our team as Retail Customer Support Agents. In this full-time position based in Cebu City, Cebu, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our retail clients, handling inquiries, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring a positive brand experience.
What you'll be doing- Answering inbound calls from retail customers, addressing their inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner
- Troubleshooting product or service-related issues and providing effective solutions
- Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
- Communicating with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex customer issues
- Providing feedback and suggestions to improve customer service processes and procedures
- Adhering to company policies, procedures, and service-level agreements
- At least 1 year of experience in a customer service or call centre role, preferably in the retail industry
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to listen actively and empathise with customers
- Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills, with the ability to think on your feet
- Proficient in using computer systems and customer relationship management (CRM) software
- A positive, patient, and solutions-oriented attitude
- Fluency in both written and spoken English
