What You’ll Do
As a Software Engineer, you’ll work on both developing and supporting cloud-based VoIP and web technologies. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on technical work and wants exposure to multiple areas of engineering.
Your responsibilities include:
- Developing and improving cloud-based VoIP and web applications
- Building and integrating REST APIs
- Working with Node.js, databases, and front-end technologies
- Supporting and optimizing existing systems and infrastructure
- Assisting in DevOps, system maintenance, and technical troubleshooting
- Collaborating with internal teams to deliver effective technical solutions
- Continuously learning new technologies and contributing ideas to improve products and processes
What We’re Looking For
Required Skills- Knowledge of:
- Node.js
- REST APIs
- HTML/CSS
- Experience with at least one:
- MySQL
- DynamoDB
- AWS RDS
- Basic AWS knowledge and cloud navigation
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Comfortable working independently in a fast-paced remote environment
- SSL/TLS protocols
- FreeSwitch or Kamailio
- DevOps or system administration experience
- Networking and IT troubleshooting knowledge
