Sales & Marketing Associate

ADC PROPERTY VENTURES, INC. is a Cebu based real estate company engaged in property leasing, real estate development and development of memorial parks. We own and developed Cebu’s Premier Memorial Park, FINISTERRE GARDENZ.

We are seeking a compassionate, creative, and purpose-driven Sales and Marketing Associate to join our team. This role goes beyond traditional sales—it is about helping families plan and preserve a place of remembrance for their loved ones.

The ideal candidate will have a heart for service, combined with the ability to design meaningful marketing materials and build genuine client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design thoughtful and respectful marketing collaterals (brochures, flyers, social media content, memorial guides)
• Assist in implementing marketing campaigns that reflect dignity and care
• Support families and clients with professionalism, empathy, and clear communication
• Generate and manage leads through online platforms and community engagement
• Maintain and update social media pages with appropriate and sensitive content
• Coordinate production of marketing materials with suppliers
• Monitor market trends and recommend improvements
• Perform other duties as assigned by management
