John Kelly & Company is a growing management consulting and corporate advisory firm based in Cebu. We assist businesses in strengthening governance, compliance, and structured operations. We are looking for a reliable, organized, and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support office operations, HR coordination, and corporate documentation.

This role is ideal for someone who wants exposure to corporate governance, structured documentation, and professional business operations.

Work Schedule: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM, Monday to Friday

JOB SUMMARY

The Sales and Marketing Associate supports the company by identifying potential clients, promoting consulting services, and assisting in the execution of marketing strategies. This role combines sales outreach with marketing coordination to help expand the firm’s client base and strengthen its brand presence.

KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

SALES SUPPORT AND LEAD GENERATION
  • Identify and research potential clients and business opportunities.
  • Assist in preparing sales proposals and presentations.
  • Attend client's inquiries.
  • Preparing, reviewing and finalizing sales proposals.
  • Utilizing social media platforms to garner client interest.
  • Developing effective sales strategies to increase company sales
CLIENT RELATIONSHIP MANAGEMENT
  • Build and maintain relationships with prospective and existing clients.
  • Support branding initiatives and ensure consistency across materials.
  • Help promote services.
  • Developing and sustaining long lasting relationships with clients.
ADMINISTRATIVE AND REPORTING TASKS
  • Track sales metrics and leads.
  • Prepare regular reports on sales marketing activities.
  • Maintain organized records of contracts.
QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration or related field.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Basic understanding of sales processes and marketing principles.
  • Proficiency in tools like Google Workspace, Microsoft office and Canva.
  • Familiarity with social media platforms.
  • Strong organizational and multi-tasking abilities.
  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
  • With or without experience as long as willing to learn and adapt.
  • Performed other related duties assigned (flexible role)
