IT Support Specialist (Software Deployment & Compliance)

We are looking for an IT Support Specialist to manage software deployment, compliance monitoring, endpoint security, and IT asset governance within an enterprise environment.
Responsibilities- Perform software installation, updates, and removal
- Manage software deployment and ISS implementation
- Generate compliance and vulnerability reports
- Track remediation activities and deployment compliance
- Conduct USB, MFA, and endpoint access reviews
- Validate user and device access permissions
- Monitor software license compliance
- Perform password compliance verification
- Prepare compliance and audit reports
- Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field
- At least 2 years of IT Support or Desktop Support experience
- Experience with software deployment and endpoint management
- Knowledge of IT security compliance
- Experience in vulnerability and compliance reporting
- Familiar with Active Directory and Windows administration
- Good documentation and reporting skills
