Technical Support Specialist WIX

A. Workplace IT Support
- Assist in handling user inquiries and basic troubleshooting
- Provide guidance on M365 tools and IT services
- Support IT Service Desk escalation when needed
B. Digital Communication & Campaign Support
Assist in development of:
- IT advisories
- Awareness campaigns (e.g., password, WFH readiness, productivity tools)
- Coordinate dissemination via appropriate channels
C. Content Creation (Canva/Powerpoint, etc.)
Design:
- Infographics
- Posters
- Announcements
- Ensure alignment with organizational branding
- Collect user feedback and service data
- Support surveys and information campaigns
- Prepare monitoring reports (engagement, requests, compliance)
E. Administrative Support
Assist in documentation and tracking:
- Requests
- Communications
- Campaign activities
- Coordinate with procurement/admin teams as needed
Minimum of two (2) years relevant experience in any of the following:
- Workplace IT Experience (WIX) / End-user IT support
- Digital user support or IT customer experience
- Communication support for IT advisories or campaigns
- Basic troubleshooting (hardware, software, connectivity)
- Microsoft 365 environment (Outlook, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive)
- Basic understanding of ITSM processes (incident/request handling)
- Basic knowledge of Layout and design principles & Visual storytelling and branding
- Basic Excel skills (tracking logs, reports, dashboards)
