JOB OVERVIEW:
Oversees sales operations and manages the team. Responsible for creating a transformative approach to acquiring new opportunities. Grows the business and ensures business goals and objectives are met by focusing on maintaining and developing long-term client-business relationships and opportunities.
RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES:
- Manages and oversees the Business Development Department
- Shadows and guides all Business Development Representatives in their day to day tasks
- Prospects and qualifies new sales leads
- Schedule meetings and presentations with prospects
- Tracks all activities in SF, maintain tasks and keep current by updating account information regularly
- Communicates lead pain points and challenges to Placements and IMs.
- Maintains a well-developed and nurtured pipeline of prospects
- Develops strong, ongoing relationships with leads
- Meet and/or exceed sets goals
- Coordinates with other team members and departments to optimize the sales effort
- Performs ad hoc-related tasks as assigned
Special Duties:
- Maintains correct data entry into the Sales Report
- Coordinates sales-related initiatives with other departments
- Plans and oversees new marketing initiatives.
- Research organizations and individuals to find new opportunities.
- Develops goals for the development team and business growth and ensures they are met.
- Trains personnel and helps team members develop their skills.
QUALIFICATION AND SKILLS:
- At least 5 years of sales management experience in staffing solutions.
- Ability to coach and train new hires and existing team members.
- Proficiency in running, analyzing and interpreting reports in CRM (Salesforce).
- Good business sense
- A deep understanding of marketing principles
- Proven track record of handling customer relationships successfully
- Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Highly self-motivated
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, Google Drive, email management
- Working knowledge of Salesforce and RingCentral.
- Performs ad-hoc related activities as assigned
