About the role

Taylormade Construction and Realty Corp. is seeking an experienced Business Process Lead to join our dynamic team in Marikina City. As a full-time employee, you will play a pivotal role in driving the strategic planning and implementation of our business processes, ensuring maximum efficiency and effectiveness across the organisation.

• Analyse and document existing business processes, identifying areas for improvement
• Design and implement new, streamlined business processes that enhance productivity and align with the company's goals
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and develop process improvement solutions
• Develop and maintain detailed process documentation, training materials, and user guides
• Monitor and continuously optimise business processes, ensuring they remain effective and efficient
• Provide guidance and support to employees on the implementation and adoption of new processes
• Identify and mitigate process-related risks, ensuring compliance with company policies and industry regulations

• Minimum 5 years of experience in a business process improvement, process engineering, or business analysis role
• Proven track record of successfully designing and implementing streamlined, efficient business processes, specifically in a real estate development company setting
• Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills, with the ability to analyse complex information and develop practical solutions
• Strong project management skills, with the ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders and deliver projects on time and within budget
• Proficient in process mapping, workflow design, and process documentation tools
• Familiarity with Lean, Six Sigma, or other process improvement methodologies
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams
