VISION SYSTEM APPLICATION ENGINEER (GLOBAL SUPPORT)

Job Overview

We are seeking a looking for Vision System Application Engineer who will play a crucial role in ensuring the accuracy and reliability of our automated optical inspection processes. Your primary responsibilities will include verifying the results of AOI systems, identifying defects or anomalies in production components, and collaborating with engineers to optimize inspection parameters.

Job Responsibilities:

• Create new machine design, programming and machine operations according to customer specifications and perform machine assembly based on mechanical drawing specification
• Evaluate current machine condition and initiate improvements and verify its effectiveness to increase machine efficiency and quality
• Conduct Design Failure Mode and Effect Analysis (DFMEA) to determine potential failures and their causes
• Assist production in solving and repairing machine breakdown/problems to ensure smooth flow of operations
• Research and develop ideas for new and/or improved machine designs to improve and optimize machine designs for productivity and longevity

Job Qualifications:

• With a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Mechanical Technology, Electronics Technology or a related field
• Minimum of 2 years experience in a similar field is preferred
• Also accepts Fresh Graduates
• With strong understanding in Vision or Camera System, Optical inspection principles and techniques.
• Highly analytical mind, with exceptional problem-solving skills and high attention to detail
• Excellent communication (verbal and written) and collaboration skills
• Proficient in MS Office, and strong documentation abilities
