PLC PROGRAMMER (GLOBAL SUPPORT)

We are looking for PLC (Programmable Logic Controller) Programmers who will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing control logic for industrial automation systems. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in PLC programming, a deep understanding of control systems, and the ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams.

Job Responsibilities:

• Develop and write PLC programs for various industrial automation systems, ensuring precise control and efficient operation
• Utilize programming languages such as ladder logic, function block diagram, and structured text
• Integrate PLC programs with Human-Machine Interface (HMI) systems, sensors, actuators, and other control devices
• Conduct thorough testing of PLC programs to identify and resolve any issues or anomalies
• Debug and troubleshoot control logic to ensure reliable and efficient performance
• Create detailed documentation for PLC programs, including program logic, wiring diagrams, and system configurations
• Implement upgrades and modifications to enhance system performance

Job Qualifications:

• With experience as a PLC Programmer in a Manufacturing industry or Industrial automation environment
• Proficiency in PLC programming using Ladder/ Script/ Mnemonics programming
• Basic understanding of I/O System of a PLC and its standard circuitry
• Knowledge in advanced PLC functions like Field Network, Database Access, etc. is a plus
• With understanding in basic machine wiring/schematic diagram
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
• Effective communication and collaboration skills
