Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify, target, and convert new business leadsby promoting offshore staffing solutions tailored to client needs.
• Design and executeclient acquisition strategiesthat align with revenue goals and business priorities.
• Lead end-to-end sales cycles, from prospecting to closing, including contract negotiations andMaster Service Agreement (MSA)coordination.
• Build strong relationships with key decision-makers in target markets (AU and US).
• Maintain accurate tracking of pipeline progression, client interactions, and forecasts usingCRM platforms (HubSpot preferred).
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Business Development Support and Market Intelligence to stay aligned with hiring trends and competitive positioning.
• Act as a consultative partner to prospective clients, understanding their outsourcing challenges and presenting tailored solutions.

Qualifications:

• Minimum5 years experience in sales, client acquisition, or business developmentin the BPO, staffing, or offshore outsourcing industry.
• Proven success in acquiring and closing clients from theUS and/or Australian markets.
• Strong background inB2B consultative sellingand solution development.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and deal-closing skills.
• Familiarity withHubSpotor similar CRM tools.
• Highly self-motivated, goal-driven, and comfortable working as anindividual contributor.
